We believe that truly incredible beef starts at the very beginning. That’s why we hand-selected a local herd in Melton Constable. We’ve been out to the farm, met them firsthand, and can honestly say they are a happy, exceptionally well-cared-for set of animals.

Because of Norfolk’s unique, milder climate, our cattle graze on lush green pastures for much longer than in other parts of the country. This extended, natural lifestyle allows them to develop a depth of flavor and a beautiful, tender texture that you simply can't rush.

To elevate it even further, we combine this premium, pasture-raised quality with a traditional dry-aging process Not! Day aged!. The result? A deeply rich, melt-in-your-mouth beef with an intensified flavor profile and unmatched tenderness. It’s local, it’s sustainable, and it’s farming done right.
