A combination of 2 parts vodka, one part Tia Maria coffee liqueur, shaken with a dash of sugar syrup and garnished with coffee beans.

French 45

Equal measures of lemon juice and simple syrup mixed with a double measure of gin, topped up with champagne and a twist of lemon peel.

Piña Colada

White rum shaken with coconut cream and pineapple juice, poured into a pineapple glass and garnished with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.

Cosmopolitan

Equal parts vanilla vodka and cranberry juice, with a shot of Cointreau, a dash of lime and sugar syrup, strained into a coupe glass over ice and garnished with an orange twist.

Passionfruit Martini

Vanilla vodka, Passoa liqueur, Passionfruit purée, sugar syrup and pineapple juice shaken and strained into a cocktail glass with prosecco and a passionfruit garnish.

Gin Bramble

Two parts gin, 1 part lemon juice, sugar syrup and Chambord, shaken and poured over ice, then garnished with blackberries.

Negroni

Equal parts gin, Martini Rosso and Aperol, with a dash of orange bitters and an orange slice for garnish.

Old Fashioned

Orange bitters muddled with a sugar cude and stirred in with a double shot of bourbon, finished off with a dash of soda water and a twist of orange peel.

Whisky Sour

Lemon juice and simple syrup with a double shot of whisky and an egg white foam, with a dash of bitters.
